We have a small organic vineyard on the edge of the Chateauguay in Barnard, Vermont.  Here, we farm naturally using no chemicals or synthetics in our gardens, orchard, or vineyard.  Our gardens and orchard serve the kitchen of our restaurant osteria pane e salute in Woodstock, Vermont.   We currently grow La Crescent, Marquette, Riesling, and Blaufrankisch for still and sparkling wines, and Liberty and old heirloom orchard apple for Methode Champenoise cidres.   We will release our first negociant wines that we’ve made from Champlain Valley, Vermont grapes and ciders from our own orchard in 2011.
