Tasting Room

Visitors approach Honora Winery and Vineyard’s tasting room by crossing a one-lane wooden bridge over a fast moving mountain stream. As you approach, our 150-year old farmhouse and barn, you will see our orchard and farm pond. Step through modern glass French doors into our retail location. Recently rebuilt, our tasting room is a cozy store open Wednesday through Sunday where people can buy our wine by the case, bottle or enjoy a sampling of our products. Local cheese and snacks are available to cleanse the palate between tastings.

Our store showcases local cheeses, gifts and books in complement to our wines. Wine shipping is available to many states. Stop in, buy wines, sit for a moment to enjoy the classic New England scenery. The Tasting Room is open Wednesday through Sunday with extended days and hours during fall and holiday seasons.

Vineyard

The nearby vineyard and estate is located three miles from the store. The 200 acre vineyard and estate is nestled in Southern Vermont's Green Mountains of West Halifax. With spectacular 360 degree views of Hogback & Haystack Mountains in Vermont, Monadnock Mountain in New Hampshire and Mount Holyoke & the Berkshires in Massachusetts. Private and bus tours of the vineyard are possible at certain times during the year. Come to sip wine and enjoy the views. Advanced booking is required. Event Center 

On the grounds of the vineyard is a modern event center. The facility hosts up to 200 guests, has a large commercial kitchen and ample terrain for festivities such as weddings, corporate outings, and private parties. Ceremonies can take place within any of the numerous gazebos, gardens and outdoor patios.
